Top 5 Hack and Slash Apps Performance in Egypt Q3 2024

During the third quarter of 2024, the Hack and Slash category observed varied performance across the top five apps in Egypt, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Ryuko: Legend of Shadow Hunter by Monstermob Usa, INC., showed a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 6.5K in early July and dropping to about 3K by the end of September. The app maintained a relatively stable number of weekly active users, decreasing from approximately 24.3K to 20K over the quarter.

Stick Demon Shadow Fight, which launched in early September, saw its peak weekly downloads at 14.8K in mid-August. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 24.7K. However, both metrics decreased steadily towards the end of the quarter.

Zenless Zone Zero from COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD., experienced a rapid decline in weekly downloads after an initial high of 21.3K at the start of the quarter, leveling off at just over 200 downloads by the end. Revenue fluctuated throughout the quarter, with a notable peak of $405 in early July. Active users decreased from 20.6K to around 3.1K.

Solo Leveling:Arise by Netmarble Corporation demonstrated a consistent performance in weekly downloads, averaging around 2K. Revenue showed a slight decline from $857 to $531 over the quarter. The app maintained a robust weekly active user base, consistently around 100K.

Finally, MARVEL Future Fight, also from Netmarble Corporation, saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 3.5K in early September. Weekly revenue fluctuated, with a peak of $367 in early September. Active users followed a similar trend, reaching a high of 29.8K in September.
